Suzanne Crouch formed the Indiana Mental Health Roundtable in 2021 to address one of the state’s biggest challenges—1 in 5 Hoosiers struggle with mental health challenges yet many do not feel safe to seek help.  Click below to hear Indiana Gov. mEET THE Roundtable

Recognizing the essential role of the private sector in delivering behavioral health services and advancing innovation, the Roundtable named former Eli Lilly & Co. CEO John Lechleiter to serve as co-chair alongside Lt. Gov Crouch.  Founding partners include the Irsay family whose Indianapolis Colts launched Kicking the Stigma and the Simon family who own the Indiana Pacers and Fever.

Community Catalysts Advance Innovation

Indiana Family and Social Services Administration awarded $32M in federal funds matched by $22M in local and grantee funds to 37 organizations to advance behavioral health innovations across the state.

Indiana Launches 988 System

In July 2022, Indiana’s 988 hotline went live. Callers are connected to a trained crisis specialist and future expansion will include a response team and locations available for immediate service.
