They help people understand that they need to find a way to integrate their lives if they want to live a full healthy life. Paraclete also produces weekly content that helps people understand their journey and how to keep taking daily steps towards integration.

Paraclete still has plenty of runway at the moment, but it is just about to begin a fundraise for $1.5 - $2 million to fund its next phase of growth. Management believes it’s the proper time to invest more into Paraclete’s growth plans.
Founding Story
Paraclete was founded in late 2020 by Vineet Rajan and William Norvell. We met through the Stanford Graduate School of Business and became friends who frequently discussed challenges we saw in the world. They finally saw a need in the corporate would for an unbiased, confidential confidant. So, they founded the organization in late 2021 and launched their first customer in January 2022. Since then, they have continued to bring on amazing teammates and customers. They have completed over 400 hours of SoulCare coaching throughout 13 clients and will be launching their first public company in December of 2022.
